Privacy Notice
Effective August 14, 2026
How Still Kicking Mobility handles personal information.
This notice describes the information used to operate the public website, in-home service, application, member accounts, and family portal.
This Privacy Notice explains how Still Kicking Mobility handles information through its public website, application, member accounts, staff workspaces, Community, reminders, announcements, safety check-ins, and family portal.

Public inquiries and area demand
When you send an inquiry, the request type you choose determines how the information is handled. New-service and family-service inquiries include a phone number, email, and ZIP code. We use the ZIP code to confirm availability and count interest to help plan service areas. Other requests need one way to reply, and we do not keep or count a ZIP code for them.
How information is shared
Information may be available to authorized Still Kicking staff, the member, family viewers approved through the family portal, signed-in Community participants for Community content, and service providers needed to host, secure, communicate, process payments, or operate the application. Access depends on role, assignment, and the feature involved. Still Kicking does not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from member records.
Addresses and exercise demonstrations
Address fields work as plain text. Still Kicking does not send address text to an address-suggestion or mapping provider; staff can copy an address or a two-stop route and choose how to use it outside the application.
Exercise images and videos are not loaded automatically from arbitrary websites. A validated YouTube demonstration may be offered behind a clear Load video choice. Nothing is requested from YouTube until the signed-in viewer makes that choice. If the viewer loads it, YouTube may receive ordinary connection and playback information, such as IP address, browser details, and the selected video identifier, under its own practices.
Announcements
An administrator may publish a plain-text operational announcement to active members, active trainers, or both. Still Kicking records the intended audience at publication, whether a recipient acknowledged the notice, and aggregate delivery counts for administrators. Recipients see only announcements that are currently active for their role; expiration or administrator take-down ends recipient visibility. Announcement content should never contain personal or health information.
Safety check-ins
A member safety check-in is available only to the member and authorized Still Kicking staff who may review it for service follow-up. Staff notifications use generic wording and do not copy the member’s answers. Member answers are not shown in Community or the family portal, and staff follow-up details are not shown to the member. The safety check-in is not an emergency or continuously monitored channel.
Community
Community content is visible only to signed-in participants with active Community access. Members participate under a chosen Community nickname; the feed does not provide a member’s account name, email, phone number, trainer relationship, health records, or family information. Trainer and administrator contributions show an official staff name and a verified Still Kicking staff badge instead of a member nickname. Administrators may review reported content and moderation history. When necessary to address safety, misuse, privacy, or a support request, an authorized administrator may connect a member Community nickname to the member account; member identity-reveal actions require a reason and are audited. Staff identities shown on their own contributions are already public within Community. Family portal viewers do not receive Community content.
Family portal
Family access is read-only and requires a specific share link and PIN. The member or authorized staff controls whether family access exists. Family viewers should keep the link and PIN private.
Retention
Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed. Still Kicking may keep records for service continuity, billing, safety, moderation, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and legitimate business needs. Not every deletion request can be completed immediately or in full.
Security
Still Kicking uses access controls, authentication, encrypted network connections, database policies, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to correct inaccurate information or discuss access, retention, export, or deletion. Still Kicking may need to verify identity before acting and may explain when a record must be retained.
Submit a privacy or data request
Signed-in members and staff can open Privacy & data from the account menu to create and track a request inside Still Kicking. If you cannot sign in, check the Contact page to see whether public inquiries are open or use the contact information Still Kicking provided when your service began. Please leave out medical details that aren't needed for your request.
Children
The public website and service are not directed to children. Family viewers and contacts must be adults or otherwise authorized to act.
Changes
Still Kicking may update this notice as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
Contact
The Contact page shows whether public inquiries are open. Signed-in members can use secure Messages. For an emergency, call 911; Still Kicking is not an emergency service.
