Terms of use.
Effective October 17, 2026
The rules and boundaries for using Still Kicking Mobility.
In briefThese terms explain account use, service limitations, safety responsibilities, payment references, and appropriate use of Still Kicking digital features.
These Terms apply when you use the Still Kicking Mobility public website, application, member account, staff workspace, or related digital features.
The service
Still Kicking supports in-home fitness and mobility services, exercise planning, scheduling, visit reminders, progress and achievement tracking, member messages, and staff safety reports and follow-up.
Not medical care
Still Kicking is not a healthcare provider, physical-therapy practice, emergency service, or substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed professional. Exercise information, achievements, reminders, messages, safety reports, and staff follow-up are not medical advice, continuous monitoring, or emergency response.
Safety responsibilities
- Share relevant restrictions, recent falls, injuries, procedures, or material health changes before activity
- Use stable support and equipment as directed
- Stop and report pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, chest symptoms, sudden weakness, or instability
- In an emergency, such as a bad fall, chest pain or trouble breathing, call 911. Do not wait for a reply in Messages.
Messages and safety reports
Messages are not watched around the clock, and Still Kicking does not promise immediate or continuous review. Trainers and the office may record a safety report about a visit for follow-up; it is not emergency response. If you may be in immediate danger, call 911 or a trusted person instead of waiting for a reply.
Accounts
Use only the account provided or authorized for you. Keep your password private and never send it by text or email. Do not share member information outside the authorized purpose. Tell Still Kicking if access may be compromised.
Scheduling, payment, cancellation, and refunds
Current pricing, visit frequency, subscriptions, cancellation rules, refund terms, and payment arrangements are provided when services are offered or purchased. Those specific terms supplement these website Terms. Ask Still Kicking what payment documentation is available, and ask your insurer about possible coverage or reimbursement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload harmful material, scrape private records, impersonate another person, or use member information for an unauthorized purpose.
Availability and changes
Still Kicking may update features, content, policies, or these Terms and may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or events outside reasonable control. Email visit reminders are a convenience feature and are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The Still Kicking name, visual design, software, original exercise materials, and website content are owned by or licensed to Still Kicking. Personal use of member-facing materials does not transfer ownership or permit commercial redistribution. You keep ownership of content you submit and give Still Kicking permission to store, display, moderate, and process it only as needed to operate the service.
Suspension or termination
Still Kicking may restrict or end access when an account is inactive, unauthorized, unsafe, abusive, legally restricted, or used contrary to these Terms. Records may remain subject to retention requirements.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided based on the information available and cannot guarantee a specific fitness, health, fall-prevention, or independence outcome. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Still Kicking is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable digital features or misuse of the service.
Questions
The Contact page shows whether public inquiries are open. If any term is unclear, do not agree to or use the service until you have an answer.
