How It Works

Before enrollment, confirm the service, availability, schedule, and current prices with Still Kicking.

2

Decide together.

The member decides how involved family should be. A family member can be at the first visit if the member wants one there.

3

Help with the app.

A family member is welcome to sit with the member and help them use the app on their phone. Please never send a password by text or email.

Ways to Help

Simple ways family can help.

There is no separate family login. The member uses their own app, and family can help in person.

Make the First Call

Ask about coaching for a parent, a spouse or someone else you care about. The Contact page shows whether online inquiries are open.

Be There for the First Visit

If the member would like, join the first visit and help share goals and concerns.

Help with the App

Sit with the member and help them use the app on their phone. Please never send a password by text or email.

Get the Home Ready

Help clear a safe space, find a sturdy chair and keep the usual walker or cane nearby.

Ask How It’s Going

There is no separate family view. The best way to hear how things are going is to ask the member.

In an Emergency

In an emergency, such as a bad fall, chest pain or trouble breathing, call 911.

Live far away?

You can still help from far away.

You can ask us about coaching for someone you love from anywhere. There is no separate family view, so the best way to hear how things are going is to ask them.
