Common Questions
Frequently asked
and clearly answered.
The Contact page shows whether online inquiries are open.
Do I need to be in great shape to start?
No. We start with your current abilities and shape the plan around your goals, comfort, and home.
Do you take insurance?
Contact Still Kicking to confirm current payment options and what documentation is available. Ask your insurer directly about possible coverage or reimbursement.
Do I need any equipment at home?
Still Kicking will confirm any equipment needed before a visit. A sturdy chair and a clear area may be useful, depending on the plan.
Who will provide my coaching?
Contact Still Kicking to confirm who is available before you enroll. Availability depends on location, schedule, and fit.
What if I've never used an app before?
The member app uses large controls and clear steps. Contact Still Kicking to confirm what setup help or non-digital support is currently available.
How soon will you answer my message?
We read messages Monday to Friday and reply by the end of the next weekday. We don't text or email you about new replies yet, so check Messages in the app. If it can't wait, call the office using the number on the card we gave you. In an emergency, such as a bad fall, chest pain or trouble breathing, call 911.
How often are sessions?
Visit frequency is confirmed before enrollment and depends on your goals, schedule, and current availability.
What areas do you serve?
Share your ZIP so Still Kicking can confirm availability. The Contact page shows whether online inquiries are currently open.
Can my kids or spouse be involved?
Yes, when you want that. A family member is welcome to sit with you and help you use the app on your phone. Please never send your password by text or email.
What if I'm still doing physical therapy?
Tell your healthcare professional and Still Kicking about any restrictions. Coaching should not conflict with a clinician's plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Still Kicking will provide the current cancellation, refund, and scheduling terms before enrollment. Review them and ask about anything that is unclear.
Is this a replacement for a doctor or physical therapist?
No. Still Kicking provides wellness and fitness coaching. It does not diagnose conditions, deliver medical treatment, or replace a physician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, nurse, home-health service, or emergency service.
